These terms set the rules for using products that link here, including clap-to-find, colour-vision screening, and AI photo-editing functions.
These terms govern each Huam product, website, or related service that displays or links to them. By downloading, accessing, or using a covered product, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the covered service.
Products are intended for users aged 17 and above. A higher local age, capacity, parental authorization, workplace policy, or device-owner requirement still applies where relevant.
HUAMEI INDUSTRY TRADE CO., LIMITED grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable licence to use a covered product lawfully on a compatible device that you own or are authorized to control. The product is licensed rather than sold, and no ownership interest in its software or design is transferred.
You must follow applicable marketplace rules and may not copy, resell, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security or purchase controls, introduce harmful code, overload infrastructure, or use a product to violate another person’s rights.
Microphone, Camera, and Photos access should be enabled only for the function you intend to use. Revoking a permission can stop or limit that function. You remain responsible for device settings, backups, local files, and ensuring that a background-enabled clap function is appropriate for the place and device where it is used.
A product cannot guarantee recovery of content removed from the device or stored only in a system or third-party backup.
Clap detection can be affected by noise, distance, microphone permission, power settings, background restrictions, hardware, and operating-system behavior. It is a convenience function and does not guarantee that a device will respond, remain reachable, or emit an alert in every circumstance.
Colour-vision screening is an informational utility, not medical diagnosis or professional advice. Results may be affected by screen calibration, brightness, ambient light, device settings, user input, and other conditions. Seek a qualified professional for medical, occupational, driving, or safety decisions.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in a selected photo. You grant Huam and the necessary processing provider a limited permission to transmit, process, and return that photo solely for the edit you request. Do not submit content without the required permission, content that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights, or unlawful or harmful material.
An AI edit may use face or feature detection needed for the selected effect. Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, distorted, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review it before saving, publishing, sharing, printing, or relying on it, and do not present a generated result in a deceptive or unlawful manner.
A relevant product may use advertising or supporting SDKs and may connect to OpenRouter, a marketplace, or a user-selected destination. Those services are independently operated under their own terms and policies. Their availability, decisions, content, security, or continued compatibility are not controlled by Huam.
An advertisement or link does not constitute Huam’s endorsement of the advertiser’s claims, product, or destination. Any interaction or transaction with that third party is between the user and the relevant provider.
If a covered product offers a free trial, promotional offer, or auto-renewing subscription, its duration, price, billing period, eligibility, and included features will be displayed through the marketplace purchase interface before confirmation. A qualifying offer may convert to a paid subscription if it is not cancelled within the period stated at checkout.
Manage or cancel a subscription through the marketplace account used for purchase. Uninstalling a product does not cancel an active subscription. Restoration, cancellation, refunds, billing, and mandatory consumer remedies remain subject to marketplace rules and applicable law.
Do not use a product to harass, deceive, impersonate, surveil unlawfully, infringe privacy or copyright, distribute malware, interfere with another service, evade access restrictions, or create or share unlawful content. You are responsible for the material you select, the instructions you submit, and the destination to which you send a result.
Huam may investigate misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to users or third parties.
The software, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and other product materials are owned by or licensed to Huam and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
If you voluntarily send product feedback, Huam may use it to evaluate or improve its services without payment or an obligation to adopt it. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos or personal information.
Huam may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue a function to improve security or performance, maintain compatibility, respond to marketplace or legal requirements, or address technical and business needs. A device, operating-system version, external provider, or older product version may cease to be supported.
You may stop use at any time. Huam may terminate the licence for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, fraud, a serious security risk, or discontinuation of the covered service. Provisions concerning ownership, responsibility, disputes, and accrued obligations survive where their nature requires it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Huam does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, detection of every clap, medically reliable screening, a particular AI result, continued compatibility, preservation of local content, or uninterrupted access to an external provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from product use, lost local files, reliance on screening or generated output, a third-party destination, advertising, device settings, or service interruption.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, mandatory consumer remedies, or other liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.
Parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith by describing the issue and requested resolution. An unresolved matter may be submitted to a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Huam may assign these terms with a lawful transfer of the relevant business; users may not transfer the licence without written permission.
Huam may revise these terms to reflect product, provider, marketplace, security, business, or legal changes. The revised date will be displayed, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
