Where this policy applies

This policy explains how HUAMEI INDUSTRY TRADE CO., LIMITED handles information through mobile applications, websites, and related services that display or link to it. The confirmed product range includes clap-to-find, colour-vision screening, and photo-effects functions, but a data type or permission described here applies only to the product and feature that actually uses it.

Independent websites, marketplaces, advertisers, and destinations selected by a user follow their own privacy practices. A link or technical connection does not place their independently controlled records under Huam’s control.

Information starts with a user action

Information may arise when a user enables a permission, selects a photo, requests an AI edit, interacts with an advertisement where present, completes a marketplace transaction, visits the website, or contacts support. Optional fields and attachments should be limited to what is necessary for the requested function or question.

Relevant products do not require users to register a product-internal account. This means company records may be associated with an installation, device or advertising identifier, transaction reference, technical event, or support message rather than a profile.

Local functions and permissions

A clap-to-find function may use microphone access and may continue listening when the user deliberately enables the relevant mode. Background noise, permission settings, operating-system restrictions, and device state can affect whether that function responds.

Colour-vision screening displays test material and results as a general utility. It is not a medical diagnosis, does not replace examination by a qualified professional, and should not be the sole basis for a health or safety decision.

Camera or Photos access is used only when a user selects a related image function and grants permission. Material processed only on the device remains under the user’s device, backup, and deletion controls.

OpenRouter image processing

When a user actively chooses AI photo editing, the selected photo is uploaded through an AI interface to OpenRouter for the requested operation. The request is processed to create or modify an image and the corresponding result is returned. Users should avoid submitting a photo they do not have authority to use or information that is unnecessary for the chosen effect.

The processing may include detecting a face or facial features where necessary to place, adjust, or apply the selected edit. That analysis is tied to the requested image operation and is not used as a product login or identity-authentication method. AI output may be incomplete, unexpected, or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is saved, shared, or relied upon.

Technical, advertising, and SDK information

Depending on the configuration of the product actually used, Huam or a supporting provider may process an IP address, app-instance or device identifier, device model, operating-system and app version, language, permission state, general usage event, error or crash information, and an advertising interaction. These records help connect a request, maintain compatibility, measure performance, prevent abuse, and diagnose a failure.

Some products may display advertising or use supporting SDKs. An advertising identifier is processed only where the relevant product actually uses it and required platform permission or another valid basis has been obtained. Provider collection, retention, and controls may differ from Huam’s own records.

Why information is handled

Information actually received may be used to deliver an enabled function, complete the requested AI edit, return a result, preserve security and compatibility, measure performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to support, verify an applicable marketplace entitlement, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

Advertising information, where applicable, may be used to deliver, limit, measure, or report advertising in accordance with the relevant product configuration and platform choices. Local colour-screening results and local photos are not converted into advertising profiles merely because another product component displays advertising.

Who may receive information

Information may be disclosed to OpenRouter for a user-requested AI operation; technical, security, advertising, or SDK providers where configured; an app marketplace for downloads and transaction status; a destination deliberately chosen by the user; legal or safety recipients where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary; and parties involved in a lawful merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.

Recipients receive only the information reasonably connected with their role. Providers may process information outside the user’s region, and legally required contractual, organizational, or other safeguards are used for international transfers.

Retention follows the record

Device-local content remains until the user deletes it, clears product data, changes a backup, resets the device, or uses another available system control. Huam cannot retrieve or delete material it never received.

Support messages, operational information, marketplace references available to Huam, and security records are kept only for the period reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain the service, prevent misuse, meet accounting or legal duties, or resolve a dispute. Independently controlled SDK, advertising, marketplace, and OpenRouter records are also subject to the relevant provider’s controls.

Choices and privacy requests

Users may refuse or withdraw optional permissions, limit photo access where the operating system provides that choice, delete local content, stop an optional function, adjust available advertising or tracking controls, and manage a qualifying subscription through the marketplace account used for purchase.

Depending on applicable law, a user may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of a request decision. Huam may need limited installation, device, transaction, or support information to match the correct record. A request cannot require Huam to retrieve device-only material or records controlled independently by another provider.

Security, age, and changes

Huam uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to limit unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so users should protect their devices and avoid sending unnecessary confidential material to support.

Products are intended for users aged 17 and above, subject to any higher age or authorization rule that applies locally. If information may have been provided without valid authorization, contact Huam for review.

This policy may be updated for product, provider, security, marketplace, business, or legal changes. Additional notice or consent will be provided before materially different processing where required.
